Return Process

  Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
